We sell tickets online, for whale safaris, collection trips and more.
Tickets are sold via the GECKO booking portal.

Online Payment

Tickets are paid online with Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, ApplePay, GooglePay, or MobilePay. For Online Booking, a fee is charged per transaction, Credit card DKK 10 and MobilePay DKK 20.

Amounts are withdrawn when tickets have been dispatched. Cruises are not subject to VAT.
Unsold tickets (1-5) can be purchased at the boat just before departure. These are paid with mobilepay, or in cash.
Book Tickets

Online Delivery

Delivery of tickets takes place via email in an attached PDF file.
In the event of loss, replacement tickets are sent and the original tickets are cancelled.

The right of withdrawal

Tickets are only refunded if the tour is cancelled. According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(12), the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. A tour is only considered cancelled if it is not carried out.

Group tours & boat rental

For group trips and boat rentals, terms and conditions and payment are agreed separately.

Cancellations

The trip can be canceled if there are less than 7 participants, and if the captain considers that the weather is a danger to safety, or a pleasant trip for the guests. In case of cancellation, an email is sent to ticket buyers and the full amount is refunded.

Your Data

Data we save when buying a ticket
Your name, address, telephone number, email, number of adults and children and purchase price, for registration of ticket purchases, as well as for passenger lists required by the shipping authorities.
Accounting information is also stored in accordance with legal requirements from the tax authorities.
Furthermore, payment information is recorded in connection with the completion of the purchase, as well as any refund in the event of cancellation.

We never cancel at the last minute, at least 3 hours before departure, unless we agree otherwise with the customer.

Storage and Sharing
Apart from the above-mentioned authorities and the payment gateway used, none of your data is shared with third parties. Your data is stored securely, access protected, and only for as long as the Accounting Act prescribes.

Data security
In the event of signs of, or an increased risk of, breach of data security due to errors, or illegal intrusion into the systems used, all affected parties are notified immediately.

Used exclusively to give you a good and safe user experience. Unnecessary or third-party cookies are not used, and only the absolutely necessary data is stored when making a purchase.
